Sodexo is seeking a passionate patient foodservice advocate for a Patient Services Manager position. This manager provides direction, guidance, and supervision/direction of patient hospitality employees. Position takes an active role in finance/cost controls of patient meal services. Manages initiatives for job redesign and process improvement, including interdepartmental improvements with nursing staff. Ideal candidate will have experience in a management role in food service/contract management. Reports to GM. Receives some coaching/counseling from immediate supervisor, but has more autonomy and opportunity for independent decision making. Knowledge of budgets helpful.

Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 1 year of lead/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc. You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.Position Posting Title: Manager 1 - Patient Services
